Schedule | Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) + Saturdays (9 AM - 5 PM) | With 1 day off during the week

Pay | $16.00 per hour

Product Specialist essential tasks:



  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right appliances.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide detailed information, comparisons, and demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales goals by promoting, upselling, and cross-selling appliances and accessories.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, returns, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Keep the showroom organized, manage stock levels, and communicate restocking needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and marketing to support promotions and a positive work environment.




Qualifications:



  • Two years of sales experience preferred
  • Appliance knowledge preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
