As a Security Officer - Media Site Patrol in Hialeah, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a valued team member with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this position, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence for employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, managing access control, and responding to various situations with professionalism and care. You will also have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing your communication skills to assist and guide individuals as needed. Pay Rate: $17.08 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
