Finance Services Manager - Commercial - Funding

General Accounting / Funding manager is accountable for reviewing and providing guidance to Finance, FSOP Sales and Commercial leaders in CCSWB regarding Funding dollars which averages $130M annually. For stewardship of Annual Budget process, monthly forecast, and monthly/quarterly/year end closing processes for Funding accounts. Serves as the finance liaison between the Brand teams, headquarters, and the operating teams for funding related items. Adhere to Arca's Cultural Principles.

* Funding Expense General Accounting Financial Routines & Monthly Forecasting
* Monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger Funding account analysis and balance sheet/P&L reviews.
* Annual Business Planning
* Support the data collection and preparation of the business planning process with Impact on Funding
* Operational Analysis & Ad Hoc Financial Reporting
* Produce and review completed analysis that require application of financial concepts and/or tools.

* BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
* Understanding of GAAP guidelines, a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of technology software impacting day to day business operations as well as information systems.
* Soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
* 5 -7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis role
* Experience in preparing financial information for use by non-financial managers preferred.
