Your Day-to-Day: Opens and classifies payment mail on high-speed mail opening equipment. Meet department performance standards for speed and accuracy. Must be willing to work extended hours when needed. Operates equipment that sorts envelopes with customer payments based on business rules and delivers to the next processing step Performs basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed Operates high speed mail processing equipment to open envelopes, extract content, and image documents to process payments Operates rapid extraction machinery efficiently to process exceptions that cannot be handled through high speed equipment Uses vendor software to complete simple keying functions to apply customer payments or route change of address requests Performs other job-related duties as assigned Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: Must work be willing to work a rotating shift across Monday to Saturday Work is physical in nature Must be able to lift trays of 10 to 15 lbs.
