Title: Assistant Director of Nursing Job Duties: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) and the Nursing team to ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, policy and procedure and nursing practice. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assess plans, organize, develop, implement, and evaluate all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of the organization. Actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. Is responsible for the client care delivered on clinical unit. Qualifications:

About the Campus:Our services at Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center help clients recover with enhanced resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
