What You Will Do: As a Project Controls Analyst, you will play an essential role within our Purchasing department, reporting the Procurement Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plans and coordinates project management activities including project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting for multiple Operations and Engineering projects, including:
- Monitor and manage project budgets for multiple project managers, meeting with the project teams frequently to gather relevant information
- Track actual costs against budgeted amount using internal cost reports
- Prepare forecast reports and variance analyses
- Support project managers in contract and invoice management
- Act as liaison between ENSTAR's Accounting and Budget teams and the Operations and Engineering teams
- Manages document lifecycle from creation to archiving, including version control, including:
- Implement and maintain a project document management system and controls
- Ensure all project documentation complies with company naming conventions and standards
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and technical teams to ensure timely document updates, approvals, and revision publishing
- Supports Operations and Engineering groups with analytical tasks, for example:
- Interfaces with Industry groups and responds to inquiries
- Assists with Report preparation
- Performs Operations data analysis
- Prepares visual presentations and performs special analytical and research projects
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience performing financial, statistical, and cost/benefit analyses, document control, or project cost forecasting preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the ENSTAR's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a background, past employment, credit, drug, and driving record screening.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management, staff, and contractors and exhibit a professional manner.
- Detail oriented; superior organizational, information management, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of departmental policies and procedures and how they relate to the goals of ENSTAR.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to effectively understand and communicate policies and procedures.
- Proven analytical skills.
