Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in Austin, TX. If
you're fluent in English and Spanish, have a passion for helping others, and thrive in a professional call center environment-this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift

Job Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Enter and update customer data into web-based applications and CRM systems
  • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures during customer interactions
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and team members
  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and quality reviews
  • Safeguard sensitive customer and company information at all times



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong data entry and computer navigation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Clear and professional phone presence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
