For more information, visitamplify.com. Job Description Summary: The Amplify Business Operations team is looking for an experienced Analyst, Business Process Management (BPM). This role is responsible for leading process and system improvement initiatives. The BPM Analyst works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to document and analyze processes and systems, and to identify improvement opportunities. This role will partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gain agreement on project scope, timing, goals and success criteria. As projects are approved, the BPM Analyst will ensure successful project outcomes by leading and/or collaborating with the project team to complete deliverables on time and on budget. This role is responsible for both thinking strategically to identify areas of improvement as well as for drilling into the details to analyze data, develop workflows, complete project deliverables, and document standard operating procedures, user stories, business requirements, and training materials. This role will ensure successful fulfillment of business requirements by either directly developing solutions or partnering with technical implementers. Essential Responsibilities:
