MicroHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support DHA NCR Clinical Operations/Medical Affairs. In this role, you will lead collaboration, governance, and standardization for clinical operations workstreams, facilitate meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee data migration, and deliver status updates. This position requires strong analytical skills, healthcare knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for governance for FIT Kit and Crash Cart MS Teams groups including membership, permissions, channels, and posting standards
- Plan and chair recurring meetings with clear agendas, notes, action logs, and follow-ups
- Maintain governance artifacts including charters, SOPs, RACI matrices, and calendars
- Execute end-to-end migration of historical LENS data (e.g., FGGM), including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Track and deliver scheduled BEAM data drops; resolve defects/data quality issues; complete remaining boards to closure
- Maintain data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and migration runbooks
- Liaise with MTF stakeholders and program leadership to gather requirements, surface risks, and drive decisions
- Attend and brief at CNO Medical Affairs Huddles (virtual) and DHA NCR MAC/BOD meetings; capture decisions and taskers
- Consolidate updates from FIT Kit, Crash Cart, and BEAM workstreams into concise leadership readouts
- Produce weekly status reports, dashboards, and metrics on meeting outputs, migration progress, issue counts, and adoption
- Support Crash Cart and FIT Kit standardization (templates, inventories, workflows, change control)
- Develop quick guides/training snippets and communicate process updates to users
- Maintain organized repositories (Teams/SharePoint) with versioned minutes, artifacts, and decision logs
- Ensure traceability from requirements to delivered data drops and closed actions
- Handle data in accordance with DHA/NCR policies; manage least-privilege access for Teams and data stores
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, data analytics, information systems, or related field
- Five years of experience in healthcare data analysis, clinical operations, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with healthcare data systems and migration projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and workflows
- Experience in meeting facilitation and stakeholder management
- Previous DHA experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DHA/NCR policies and procedures
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Project management certification or experience
- Prior military healthcare experience
Salary
$95,000-$100,000
