THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team. The Campaign Operations Specialist partners with various departments, including sales and operations, to deliver best-in-class service. The Campaign Operations Specialist will help support our growth marketing email campaign and client survey initiatives by ensuring nurture marketing campaigns are planned out and executed effectively through our database system. This role reports directly to the VP of Nurture Marketing.

Responsibilities



  • Utilize Marketo to program content and visuals into email drafts, working collectively with the content team to ensure design optimization and brand alignment in templates.
  • Create UTM codes for tagging and analytics for all sources.
  • Create and manage client surveys inclusive of list building and segmentation, survey creation and scheduling, and reporting out of results.
  • Support marketing campaigns, including various tasks supporting campaign planning, timeline/scheduling, following up on deadlines and information needed, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Populate each campaign's brief document and kept it updated in real-time for shared transparency with all stakeholders.
  • Support campaign operations initiatives needed such as data aggregation, list scrubbing/clean up, pulling new data lists from paid sources, Salesforce campaign set up, and other various operational initiatives needed to support each campaign's needs.
  • Work collectively with our Marketo team and the sales business development associate team to ensure data flows and campaigns are connected through the various systems and reach the BDA team as expected in real time.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and evolution by regularly researching best practices and trends in demand and lead gen campaigns to ensure we always execute in a forward-thinking capacity.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role or Salesforce data support role
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of data management required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Marketo is a bonus

How to measure success



  • By 30 days, the incumbent will learn about our lead generation strategy and take over ownership of the campaign brief.
  • By 60 days, the incumbent should take ownership of the operational and content management tasks with directional support.
  • By 90 days, the incumbent should be completely comfortable completing all tasks related to the position with directional support.
