This position provides broad-based support for the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and policies. Provides consulting services to general management on a variety of issues related to HR including employment, recruiting, employee relations, HR programs and policies. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or employee relations. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: $8,007.29/mo - $18,149.85/mo Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and Plano, TX, and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
