How You'll Make a Difference You will manage PMI's Global Accreditation Center (GAC) program workflow. Implementing, monitoring, and assessing approach, procedures, and impact of the program, ensuring efficiency of procedures and processes to build and maintain GAC program operations. Developing and driving academic programs and outreach plans within and across channels and markets, aligning with market plans for growth and value delivery, as well as key organization priorities. What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in education, project management, management, organizational behavior, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a higher education setting, preferably in an administration or program leadership capacity. Direct experience with higher education accreditation programs Experience with public-facing program administration Experience with digital technologies such as CRM and web content management Fluency in Spanish is desirable Knowledge of project management and experience with global stakeholders is beneficial Proven successful experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments; international experience and/or multiple languages desirable.
