Advantage Technical is hiring for a temp-to-hire Assembly Operator role with a pioneering technology company at the forefront of microelectronics innovation. Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $19.50/hour (entry-level) up to $22.00/hour with manufacturing experience.

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Shift Differential: Additional 10% pay for 2nd shift.

What You'll Do



  • Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.
  • Perform inspections of dies and packages using high- and low-power microscopes, ensuring compliance with Military and JEDEC standards.
  • Follow defined specifications, reaction paths, and written/verbal instructions.
  • Use multiple hand tools to manually process delicate products without damage.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance-level inspections to uphold production standards.
  • Train peers on basic equipment operation and assembly processes.
  • Keep work areas organized and audit-ready.
  • Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and record data.

What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude will also be considered).
  • Not suitable for medical device assembly backgrounds-this role focuses on machine operation with precision equipment.
