We're opening the door to a Workday Security Administrator who's ready to shape the backbone of how we maintain and govern our Workday ecosystem in collaboration with our platform and services. As our Workday Security Administrator, you'll be the architect behind our integrations and security configurations across Workday. You'll design and maintain secure, efficient workflows that keep our financial and HR systems running smoothly, all while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a difference.

The day to day:

  • Help lead, design, maintain and support our security profiles, segmented security groups, roles to domain, ensure Segregation of Duties (SOD) compliance and assist with the creations of new or updates existing reports, as needed.

  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy on a quarterly or periodic basis.

  • Document proper internal security controls.

  • Communicate system changes and enhancements to the user community.

  • Work with stakeholders in the organization to understand their use cases, propose technical solutions and implement those solutions.

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer and change management programs.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum for 5 years Security Admin experience leading, designing, configuring Workday security matrix, maintaining and creating security groups, roles, permissions across all modules.

  • Workday Security Subject Matter Expert.

  • Sharp analytical thinking with the creativity to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues.

  • A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
