• Provide essential operational and project management support across multiple analyst relations programs and initiatives
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of analyst events, briefings, and engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive experience for analysts.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for key analyst reports and evaluations, coordinating inputs from various internal stakeholders and ensuring timely submissions.
• Assist in the development and distribution of analyst communications, including newsletters, updates, and research materials.
• Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and information flow to support AR activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AR processes and operational efficiencies.
• Requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise B2B software, technology, or a related industry
• Proven direct experience in Analyst Relations or a closely related field (e.g., product marketing, corporate communications) with demonstrated engagement with industry analysts
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of developing clear and concise content.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Experience working in a fast-paced or rapidly growing technology environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
• Proactive, self-starter with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
• Familiarity with major industry analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and their research methodologies.
• Flexible on location
