Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full time. Day shift schedule M-F, 7am-6pm variable. You will work at 209 9th Street in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:
* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
* Overtime

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
  • BLS/CPR certification. Required
