The Supervisor of a Medical Practice is responsible for providing leadership of departmental activities and the resolution of operational, patient care and customer service issues. Integrates decisions of committees into the operation and activities of the department. Provides leadership and supervises clinical and administrative support staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing adequate scheduling of employees for the location incorporating services to provide optimal care and excellent customer satisfaction for our patients. Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Work Experience Three (3) years experience working in a medical practice or clinic. Required Licenses/Certifications None listed Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to function successfully in an extremely challenging and busy environment. Ability to analyze costs and work schedules and set priorities. Strong computer skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health care or business.
