Financial Analyst - FP&A - Blue Bell, PA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing the financial aspects of our organization's operations. This role requires a strong grasp of financial principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:




• Perform financial analysis of ongoing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, risks, and potential cost overruns, and provide actionable recommendations.




• Planning, Cost Allocation & Tracking:




• Collaborate with department leaders to develop financial estimates of costs incurred by segment.
• Monitor monthly charges to ensure appropriate operations are charged and expenditure categorization aligns with contracts.




• Financial Reporting:




• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for various departments.
• Communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed decision-making.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Execution of internal controls to comply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)




• Collaboration:




• Work closely with various stakeholders to achieve appropriate cost categorization & management.

Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools/spreadsheet software.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting and SOX requirements.
• Familiarity with statutory accounting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
