Schedule Details:Hours of operation range from 7am to 7pm. Shift length can range from 8-10 hours depending on the site and shift needs. Position includes weekend and holiday requirements. Position requirements include a minimum of 8 shifts per month. About Us: The Department operates three inpatient service locations includingWaukesha Memorial Hospital Campus, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago Hospital. These three locations combine to complete over 1,700 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and medical diagnoses. The department has 13 occupational therapists, and 3 occupational therapy assistants. What You Will Do:
Evaluates individuals referred for occupational therapy services.Establishes an occupational therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. What You Will Need:
