Schedule: 7:00am - 5:00pm, flexible start time

Pay: $25 - $31/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage daily Site Services operations, including SOPs, Scopes of Work, training, and customer-facing tasks.
  • Coordinate with customer contacts, purchasing directors, facility managers, and plant managers to procure supplies and materials.
  • Utilize various systems and software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Citrix, UPS/FedEx tools) for inventory, shipping, and service operations.
  • Train associates on service offerings and provide advanced ESS support, including credit rebills and invoice review.
  • Develop, track, and maintain quality metrics, KPIs, and service efficiency programs.
  • Oversee budget-related expense reports and meet revenue, safety, performance, and quality goals.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed and perform other assigned duties.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in inventory control, procurement, shipping/receiving, or inside sales.
  • Certifications/skills: IATA, DOT, OSHA, IMDG, Hazwoper (preferred); forklift certification; valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills with a professional, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Information Access, System ESS, and inventory/procurement systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, meet background and safety requirements, and work independently while adhering to site protocols.
