About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and operationally strong Brand & Identity Lead to define and activate our global brand across a federated, regionally-focused organization. This role serves as the architect of our brand identity and plays a critical role in enabling regional teams to activate the brand in locally relevant, brand-consistent ways.
As a key connector in a highly matrixed model, this individual will also lead global content and campaign enablement efforts and manage reporting frameworks that help us measure and scale what works.
You will help shape how we show up in the market - not just globally, but through regional voices - ensuring cohesion, impact, and performance across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Own and evolve the global brand positioning and visual identity.
- Lead the development and management of brand guidelines, toolkits, and approval workflows to ensure consistent expression across regions.
- Partner with regional marketing and communications leads to support local adaptation of brand materials and visual content.
Content & Campaign Enablement
- Lead the development and distribution of visual content assets that express our brand across digital, social, and campaign channels.
- Partner closely with regional marketing teams, as well as global leads for internal and external communications, to align content needs and ensure assets are adaptable across audiences and platforms.
- Deliver modular campaign toolkits, templates, and creative frameworks that support both global initiatives and regional activation.
- Support the scaling of high-impact content by facilitating reuse, localization, and storytelling consistency across a matrixed organization.
Core Video Expertise Requirements
- Conceptual storytelling: Ability to translate brand messages and executive narratives into compelling video formats (e.g., campaign, social, internal, and thought leadership).
- Editing and post-production: Proficiency in platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge tools for motion graphics and branded animations.
- Multi-format production: Comfortable editing for multiple outputs - 16:9 (web), 1:1 (social), 9:16 (vertical), with attention to platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- On-brand execution: Applies visual identity, typography, color, music, and pacing that reflect brand guidelines and audience tone.
- Efficient collaboration: Experience working with creative leads, content writers, regional stakeholders, and executives to turn feedback into polished deliverables.
- Captioning & accessibility: Able to build in subtitles and accessibility features (e.g., closed captions, visual contrast) for internal and global audiences.
- File management & versioning: Comfortable organizing footage, editing drafts, managing approvals, and exporting final deliverables for multiple channels.
Core Static Design Expertise Requirements
- Brand visual execution: Ability to bring brand guidelines to life through consistent use of typography, layout, color, and imagery across all static formats (digital, print, social, internal).
- Design for flexibility: Develops modular design templates and assets that can be adapted across regions, audiences, and formats (e.g., global toolkits, regional/local campaigns).
- Platform-ready output: Experience designing assets for digital and social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, web banners, email headers, etc.), with proper sizing, compression, and export workflows.
- Proficiency in design software: Expert in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma for both print and digital production.
- Creative asset management: Skilled in organizing, versioning, and distributing assets using DAM platforms, including tagging and governance.
- Collaboration with content teams: Works closely with writers, campaign leads, and regional marketers to visualize concepts, support campaign narratives, and deliver creative assets on-brand and on time.
- Accessibility and inclusivity: Designs with accessibility best practices in mind (e.g., alt text, contrast, readability, font choices) to reach broader global audiences.
Measurement & Performance
- Define and manage KPIs, in collaboration with regional leads, and external communications teams, related to brand awareness, content engagement, and campaign activation across global and regional efforts.
- Build feedback loops to collect insights from regional executions and apply learnings to future global strategy.
- Support business reporting by surfacing performance highlights from across the regions.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a management/supervisory role.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in B2B marketing communications, brand, or content leadership.
- Proven ability to manage brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, campaign workflows, and performance metrics.
- Experience in creating and managing video and static content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Figma, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other local/regional languages.
- Ability to conduct presentations and interact effectively with senior management.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to change.
- Ability to manage stress and deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent Travel Required (25%).
