Seeking a detail-oriented and nimble Business Intelligence Analyst I to join the vAuto Business development team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vAuto business by supporting the Analytics Manager in conducting exploratory analyses and developing reporting frameworks that enhance stakeholder decision-making through data-driven insights. Develop a deep understanding of the business and identify opportunities to generate value through analytical exploration Explore new tools and automation opportunities to improve the speed of delivery Key responsibilities include... Build SQL queries that are purposeful, efficient, and reusable Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results Support components of larger projects with direct manager involvement This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years experience in a related field Intermediate Snowflake and SQL code development skills Capable of synthesizing complicated data and analyses into a coherent and consistent story that easily digestible Communication and presentation skills to curate messages based on both technical and non-technical audiences. Has an ownership mindset, taking accountability for driving results Be motivated to constantly improve and identify opportunities for efficiency Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Must be able to work core Eastern Standard Time hours Able to travel up to 5% of the time (approximately 1 trip/yr) Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT is a plus Visualization tool development experience is a plus (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, DOMO) Experience with forecasting or applying statistical methods to analyses is a plus USD 54,200.00 - 81,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
