What You'll Do

Drive Product Development

• Support the full lifecycle of product creation-from initial concept through launch.
• Manage product samples end-to-end: request, receive, organize, route, and archive.
• Ensure every detail (packaging, product specs, imagery, and documentation) is complete for seamless handoff to merchandising.

Partner with Global Vendors

• Work closely with international and domestic suppliers to request samples, quotes, and timelines.
• Track vendor responses, follow up proactively, and keep projects on schedule.
• Contribute to early-stage cost negotiations and explore opportunities for savings or efficiency improvements.

Keep Projects on Track

• Maintain development calendars, trackers, and key documentation so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Prepare shipping documents, expense tracking, and sample shipments to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with Product Development, QA, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Participate in milestone meetings and present updates on sourcing and development progress.
• Assist with preparing engaging product displays and sales materials for internal reviews and presentations.

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in product development, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor coordination (retail/consumer goods a plus).
• Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with global suppliers and internal teams.
• A sharp eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and confidence juggling multiple projects.
• Comfort with negotiation and an understanding of cost and sourcing dynamics.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity and drive to learn the ins and outs of product creation and global sourcing.
