Summary: The Project Manager drives projects from concept to implementation, supporting departmental and organizational initiatives while facilitating communication across JHHC senior management, Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) entities, vendors, and external partners. Projects may span multiple areas and follow Traditional or Agile practices, with a focus on initiatives that grow and optimize the business. The Project Manager III leads large, enterprise-wide projects with complex scopes, budgets, and cross-functional teams, collaborating with business sponsors, analysts, architects, resource managers, and program managers to transform business operations and processes.

Education/ Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or related degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Requires 5-7 years of experience managing that must include:

• Minimum three (3) years providing project or team leadership
• Minimum three (3) years' experience working on project(s) involving project
• life cycle methodologies
• Minimum three (3) years' experience managing project budgets

For candidates hired and/or promoted after January 1, 2021,

Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 37.04/hour - Maximum 61.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
