Summary: The Director of Program Management, Strategic PMO serves as a key individual contributor within the Strategic Consulting & PMO team. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight across a matrixed project environment. The Director partners with functional leaders, project teams, and external resources to drive delivery of key initiatives aligned with the US organization's strategic priorities. This role leads the development and facilitation of high-level presentations, manages project and contractor budgets, and ensures effective stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include harmonizing project management processes, monitoring portfolio health, and contributing to strategic decision-making. By influencing cross-functional collaboration and alignment, the Director ensures project outcomes support the broader strategic goals of the organization. Essential Functions:

The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Illinois, if selected for this role, and may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $215,000 - $245,000 and eligibility for a 25% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
