Position Summary The Graduate Hourly position provides comprehensive administrative, research, and event coordination support for grant-related activities, faculty processes, and academic events. Responsibilities include assisting with grant initiatives through organizing events, collecting and entering data, and supporting data analysis and scholarly publications. The role manages adjunct faculty onboarding, ensuring timely submission of credentials, completion of required training and calibration, and collection of student evaluation forms. The position also supports departmental events such as Lunch and Learn sessions, presentations, and other special projects throughout the year. Additional duties include performing related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations and alignment with institutional goals.
