Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, self inspecting cable harnesses according to detailed planning documents and manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble cable harnesses according to detailed planning documents (DWG and PL) and manufacturing procedures
• Perform tasks such as wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and potting
• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as crimpers, soldering irons, and potting equipment
• Follow strict quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality products
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to identify and resolve any issues or defects
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.50 - $23.94/hr

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cable harness assembly.
• Minimum 2 years of experience cable harness assembly processes and procedures
• Minimum 2 years of experience in using specialized tools and equipment, such as crimpers and soldering irons
• Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD.
• Minimum 2 years of experience reading Engineering Schematics.

Preferred Skills:

• Space Addendum Training Experience
• Familiarity with the client's quality control procedures and guidelines
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Certification in cable harness assembly
• Ability to read and interpret detailed planning documents and manufacturing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
