- This position will involve preparing weekly reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reports, assisting with new hire orientations, and performing various administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and demonstrate outstanding teamwork skills, consistently aiming for excellence in all duties.
- Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget.
- Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding
- Manage schedules for manager(s), prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines
- Plan meetings and take minutes for meetings
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS to create presentations and communicate information
- Organize and execute employee morale events
- Assist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms
- Maintain necessary level of confidentiality
- Serve as back up support to other administrative team members
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Teamwork, build professional relationships and engage with teams.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 years of administrative/clerical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 6 years of experience with basic software.
