The pay range for this position is $80,000- $125,000 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Project Manager II, IT position to join our team. As the Project Manager II, IT you are responsible for the management of one or more moderate to advanced complexity cross-functional project teams. The IT Project Management Team is responsible for delivering defined project timelines and outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. The Project Manager II, IT will collaborate and work closely with all project stakeholders, project sponsors, resource managers, and other assigned project team members, proactively guiding them through project planning, implementation, steps/sprints, ensuring clear communication and successful overall efforts toward achieving intended business results.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week; shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(95%) Project Management

• Determines and defines project scope and objectives
• Collaborates with IT leads to determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage
  resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepares budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Tracks project costs to meet budget expectations
• Develops a detailed plan/schedule to monitor and track the progress of the project
• Performs risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Reports and escalates to upper management as needed
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,
  and progress
• Ensures all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Leads the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensures resource availability and allocation
• Coordinates with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Manages relationships between vendors and stakeholders
• Measures project performance using appropriate project management tools
• Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
  deliverables
• Utilizes the Delivery Management Office's (industry) best practices, techniques, and standards
  throughout entire project execution

(5%) Other Duties as Assigned

• Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
• Four (4) years' experience in Project Management experience, using current project management methodology, techniques, and tools.
• Two (2) years' healthcare or technical experience

Preferred:

• Proficiency with project management and timekeeping tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or demonstrated progress toward PMP to be completed within the first 12 months of employment.
