What You've Accomplished



  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 2 years of directly related experience possibly including recruitment for hard to fill positions, development and execution of successful sourcing strategies, and providing a consultative approach to full cycle recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creative writing ability and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Self-motivated, assertive, detailed-oriented, dependable with a collaborative team approach.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Technical Recruiter in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Human Resources Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit. In this role, you will:



  • Own the recruitment life cycle from intake to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to define job requirements, refine role expectations and advise on job market and talent trends
  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and CRM to ensure streamlined workflows and compliance
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health to drive improvements


This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $65,000 - $84,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
