Division HICOM Support Team Lead The Opportunity: The Division Higher Command Support Team (D-HST) Lead enables the program to execute up to four large-scale multi-echelon exercises while simultaneously training Division and Brigade commanders and staff across all warfighting functions (WFFs) multi-echelon exercises, by replicating the higher command (HICOM), typically in the form of a Brigade, Division, or Corps Headquarters. You will teach coach, mentor and train Battalion and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFFs, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of Mission Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2). You will leverage your skills to enable training across the breadth and depth of Battalion, Brigade and Division Headquarters. You'll support large training events by replicating Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters during large-sized exercises. As the D-HST lead on our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the Army, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. This includes coordinating with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Join us. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
