Knowledge Management Manager The Opportunity: As the designated Knowledge Manager (KM) you will maintain access, content management, change management, archiving, and creating an information repository that is easily searchable and retrievable. KM services include assisting the PM and Commanders with content management on the SharePoint portal. You will also ensure the organization, archiving, and creation of an information repository while providing expert advice on content management. You have extensive knowledge in maintaining accurate records and documentation that are both searchable and retrievable. Recognizing the variety in communication styles, you adeptly support planning and understand the critical role knowledge management plays in operations. Utilize your expertise in training and resources in knowledge management to enhance our strategic initiatives. As the Knowledge Management Manager on our team, you'll utilize your creative thinking and experience to develop, manage, and deliver tracking products to assist in the training of units across the Army to achieve success. You'll utilize provided materials and additional resources to support contract leadership in the updating and monitoring of web and SharePoint content. You'll offer guidance on business decisions by following standard operating procedures and manage various requests, such as maintaining records, supporting accurate tracking documentation, and creating an information repository. Furthermore, you'll manage SharePoint content, oversee change management processes, archive documents, and establish an easily searchable and retrievable information repository. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
