Training Program Technical Analyst The Opportunity: As a Training Program Technical Analyst, you will work directly with the program manager or designated representative to provide expertise in mission command training strategy required to support training. You are well versed in Army Combined Arms Training Strategy or, most recently, HQDA Approved Training Strategy requirements pertaining to readiness and the broad spectrum of Army information systems required to train mission command. Upon the request of the program manager, you will provide support to Army projects through planning, preparing, executing, and providing recommendations to assist in conduct of strategic decision making. You will provide doctrinal and technical advisory assistance, briefing support, and assistance with program initiatives to include special reports, meetings, white papers, and other program initiatives. As the Training Program Technical Analyst, you'll provide expertise in mission command training strategy for battalion and higher levels with Site Managers and clients. You'll support Army projects by planning, preparing, executing, and offering recommendations to Directors and client staff. Your role includes advisory assistance, briefing support, and help with program initiatives such as special reports, meetings, and white papers. You will coordinate training and program objectives, navigate requirements, solve complex problems, and assist in delivery of successful simulation-based training. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
