Simulations Program Technical Analyst The Opportunity: As a Simulations Program Technical Analyst, you will work directly with the program manager or designated representative to provide expertise in simulation systems required to support training. You should be well versed in Army Combined Arms Training Strategy or, most recently, HQDA Approved Training Strategy requirements as they pertain to readiness and the broad spectrum of Army information systems required to train mission command. Upon the request of the program manager, you will provide support to Army projects through planning, preparing, executing, and providing recommendations to assist in conduct of strategic decision making. You will interact with enterprise partners as requested by the program manager. This duty shall be consistent with contract provisions for infrequent travel to the National Capital Region (NCR) at the request of the program manager. As the Simulations Program Technical Analyst, you'll provide simulation expertise in mission command training strategy for battalion and higher levels with Site Managers and clients. You'll support Army projects by planning, preparing, executing, and offering recommendations to Directors and client staff. Your role includes advisory assistance, briefing support, and help with program initiatives such as special reports, meetings, and white papers. You will coordinate simulation support needed to support training and program objectives, navigate requirements, solve complex problems, and assist in delivery of successful simulation-based training. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
