Systems Administrator Key Role: Provide guidance to FTEs on configuration changes needed to support internal client requests or conduct the changes and share information with team and clients. Collaborate with Enterprise Technology Services & Solutions (ETSS) teams to build-out test environments for Physical Security Systems and participate in testing.Gather requirements from internal clients and determine if a solution can be offered through writing custom queries, scripts, or reports, and otherwise seek vendor support.Research and direct actions by team members to remediate or address the vulnerabilities before they breach remediation target dates.Project manage system implementations and upgrades to include directing vendors or team members in order to keep within timelines and budgets while actioning deliverables and working in concert with parties on the deliverables.Collaborate with vendors related to RFPs, contract updates, SLAs, performance, purchase order issuance, invoicing, and trouble ticket escalation.Participate in being on-call for the aforementioned systems when errors, outages, and other technical issues arise after-hours.Serves as an escalation POC when Systems Administration team members are unreachable during their on-call weeks as well as for other physical security incident types when other members aren't reachable.Oversee Help Desk ticket queue for timely support to clients.Troubleshoot user-specific issues concerning the SAFE VMS such as printer errors, visitor template upload errors, or external portal login errors.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
