Support Team Lead

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will enable the client to execute up to four large-scale multi-echelon exercises simultaneously training Division and Brigade commanders and staff across all WFFs multi-echelon exercises, by replicating HICOM, typically in the form of a Brigade, Division, or Corps Headquarters. You will teach coach, mentor and train Battalion and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of Mission Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2). You will enable training across the breadth and depth of Battalion, Brigade and Division Headquarters. You'll support large training events by replicating Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters during large-sized exercises.

As the lead on our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the Army, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. This includes coordinating with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, managing training resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

You Have:

  • 20+ years of experience in the Active Army
  • 2+ years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC process
  • Experience with Senior Army leadership, including in training management and a Combat Training Center
  • Experience in large-scale live and constructive exercises, doctrinal within a WFF, and with the employment and operation of Army MCIS
  • Experience as a Division or Corps staff primary within the WFF they represent
  • Experience on a command team at the Brigade level
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Army training program
  • Experience in division or higher command

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
