What We're Looking For *Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree and/or PMP certification preferred. 10+ years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry. Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization, including executives. Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, and implement best practices Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 115,340 - 172,800, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
