Internally, we don't have such skills internally available today, and with the increase of M&As, hybrid workplaces, this skilled resource has become even more critical for the overall success.

What You Can Expect

Own and manage strategic IT key programs and multiple concurrent projects from due diligence through execution. Deliver an exceptional Infrastructure resulted with employee experience for employees by driving day-to-day key projects, processes and reporting that includes leading governance, team meetings, supporting cross-functional integration planning workshops, maintaining technical tools, and preparing reports for executive leadership. Partner with cross-functional Business Partners and BU leadership to facilitate strategy. Track and report deal value drivers metrics and outcomes. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Apply learnings from past transactions in Functional Integration Playbooks and Templates to standardize processes. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives. Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan. Coordinate internal resources and third-party/vendor for project execution. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage interaction with vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards along with the IT PMO process throughout the entire project execution. Monitor progress and adjust as needed, escalate to management as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Wage $194,000.00 - $224.000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following:

1. Complex stakeholder management up to CXO and Board level.
2. Cross-functional alignment across all business functions.
3. Navigating political complexity.
4. Translating strategy into manageable programs and projects.
5. Defining complex program and project governance structures.
6. Driving projects from inception to results.
7. Complex program and project planning, top-down as well as bottoms-up.
8. Facilitating data discovery process for current and future state analysis.
9. Cross functional risks and issues management.
10. Integration planning and functional workplans development.
11. MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
12. Using Content Management Tools like SharePoint and Wiki.
