Description and Requirements Lenovo's AI Ecosystems team is seeking a Senior UX Motion Designer to lead the development of motion design systems that bring clarity, delight, and cohesion to our AI-driven experiences. This role will operate at the intersection of interaction design, prototyping, and guiding development cycles through final implementation. You are an expert in translating product vision into scalable motion principles and technical specifications. You will work in close partnership with UX/UI designers, researchers, engineers, senior leadership, and product teammates to define Lenovo's motion language across devices and a variety of platforms. Your focus will be to formalize motion behaviors that enhance usability, bring delight, communicate system feedback, and contribute to a unified design system. This is a unique opportunity to shape the role of motion within Lenovo's growing AI design practice. Key Responsibilities

About the Team You'll join Lenovo's global AI Ecosystems team-a multidisciplinary group shaping the next generation of intelligent experiences across hardware and software. Reporting to the Director of Design, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing strategic clarity and design cohesion to Lenovo's AI product vision. Our team values precision, pragmatism, and user-centered innovation at scale. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100-160k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This role will join us at our Chicago, IL or Morrisville, NC locations on a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days/week.
