The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements. This role ensures compliance with corporate standards and aims to mitigate corporate risk. The Contracts Administrator will handle a variety of agreements, including Airline Customer Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Airport Operating Agreements and Permits, Airport Leases and Licenses, and NDAs. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, redline and prepare for the execution of a high volume of aviation-related contracts. Ensure that all contracts align with company standard language and requirements.
- Work to reduce risk and ensure that the corporation is protected contractually throughout its network of operations.
- Collaborate on maintaining and updating the contracts database to ensure accurate records and tracking of all agreements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, sales, operations, Airport Authorities, airline customers, and vendors to address contract-related matters.
- Provide administrative and transactional support to the Contracts Administration Department. Manage document tracking, conduct research, handle correspondence, and oversee special projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations) as part of the contract review process. Resolve routine tasks such as amendments and renewals, as well as consulting with Manager on complex issues that may require outside counsel input.
- Manage multiple contract-related projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform other contract-related duties and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Must be tech-savvy, with strong skills in contract management software and document tracking systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts and related documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and oversee multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Real Estate Leasing knowledge would be an asset
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in contract administration or a related role
- A bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with airport operation, business, finance, and accounting preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Airline industry experience, preferred.
