The Talent Acquisition Specialist & Onboarding Coordinator serves as a key representative of Minitab's recruitment efforts and a dedicated advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process within the assigned region. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process-from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance-and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Craft targeted outreach messages aligned with recruiting strategy by job, region, and country.
Schedule and coordinate all stages of the interview process, both virtual and on-site, including interview debriefs and travel arrangements.
Communicate consistently with candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Draft and send offer letters, and manage all communication through candidate decision.
Conduct initial candidate screenings using behavioral and traditional interviewing techniques.
Recommend candidates for advancement, using structured scorecards and interview summaries in ATS.
Maintain high-touch candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience through timely updates and direct communication.
Qualifications:
4+ years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience.
University degree in a business-related field, or equivalent additional years of experience.
Interview scheduling experience required.
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Experience recruiting technical roles preferred.
