Job Title: Compensation Programs Manager (Equity & Executive Compensation)

Location: Hybrid - Northwest Houston, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:

An industry-leading global organization is seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to lead and enhance its executive and equity compensation programs. This is a high-impact, hybrid role based in Northwest Houston, ideal for a compensation professional with experience managing global equity plans and supporting strategic total rewards initiatives.

What You'll Do:




  • Oversee the administration of global equity compensation programs, including grants, vesting schedules, and reporting



  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams on executive and incentive compensation strategies



  • Ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements related to equity and compensation



  • Contribute to compensation design and pay benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness



  • Support compensation cycles, pay equity analysis, and the development of salary structures



  • Assist with reporting for leadership and Board-level stakeholders




What We're Looking For:




  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, including global equity plan administration



  • Solid understanding of international compensation compliance and reporting



  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS/compensation tools like Workday, ADP, or PayScale



  • Experience working in or with publicly traded companies is preferred



  • Certifications such as CEP or CCP are a plus
