Sales Representative

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our client's team in Columbia, TN. In this role, you'll guide new and existing members in selecting the right health plans by providing accurate information and excellent customer service. This position involves both inbound and outbound calls.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Sell health products to new prospects and existing members
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality targets
• Obtain and maintain a State Health Insurance License (must pass exam)
• Clearly explain health plan options and guidelines
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone
• Demonstrate strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
