We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Administrator to join our client's team in Staples, MN. In this role, you will be the face of their organization, providing a welcoming and professional first impression for all guests. Responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, greeting guests, and supporting office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the company's headquarters. Key Responsibilities: This position will be a first line of support for the Central Services Admin Team. Provide administrative support including document collection, preparation, distribution, etc. Being present and available at the company's headquarters front desk greeting guests and guiding them around the building for meetings. Assist in preparing space for meetings and events onsite and other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
