Receptionist

Staffmark is seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join a dynamic office team in Georgetown, TX. In this front-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative and customer service support. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $17-$20/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route phone calls and emails
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and copying
• Assist with travel booking, meeting setup, and expense tracking
• Manage mail, package deliveries, and office/kitchen supply inventory
• Help prepare workspaces and materials for new hires
• Support company events and internal coordination as needed
• Input customer orders and process returns in ERP/CRM systems
• Manage RMAs, credit memos, and warranty claims, coordinating with internal teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and excellent customer follow-up

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in a receptionist, admin assistant, or similar support role
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and CRM experience a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-first mindset with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
