The Manager, HR Digital Technology is a HR technology leader responsible for advancing thedigital transformation of the HR function. This role partners closely with HR Centers ofExcellence (COEs), business unit HR leaders, external vendors, and IT to ensure that our HRsystems, including SAP SuccessFactors, effectively support people strategies, workforceplanning, and employee engagement. The Manager, HR Digital Technology drives governance,optimization, and innovation in HR technology while translating business needs into scalablesolutions that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $90,640 - $135,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
