InterMetro Industries is seeking aNational Accounts Specialistfor the Foodservice division within ourSales Department.

TheNational Accounts Specialist will focus on supporting our large/key national dealer division. This role will blend strategic marketing initiatives with effective project management to drive growth, enhance dealer relationships, and ensure seamless execution of national account programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for building partnerships and delivering measurable results. The candidate for this role is detail oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and adaptability!

Primary Responsibilities:




  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key national dealers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.



  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services to national dealers, including creating promotional materials, digital content, and dealer-specific initiatives.



  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to national dealer programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.



  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, dealer needs, and competitive insights to support marketing strategies and account plans.



  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and dealer programs, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.



  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and dealer expectations.



  • Training & Support: Provide training and resources to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities, ensuring brand consistency.



  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute dealer-focused events, trade shows, or promotional activities to strengthen engagement and brand presence.



  • Possess knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contribute to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Report actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.



  • Other duties, as assigned.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.



  • 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or project management, preferably in a B2B or dealer-focused environment.



  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers or attend industry events (up to 25% travel).
