In this role, you'll elevate the design and visual presence of T-Mobile's biggest stage moments-bringing our brand to life through executive keynote presentations that inspire, inform, and energize audiences. You'll also deliver art direction and design that supports video storytelling, collaborating with our video creative directors to ensure every frame reflects the craft, energy, and boldness of T-Mobile. From high-visibility keynote presentations to campaign-driven motion and video design, you'll lead visual work that's bold, smart, and unmistakably T-Mobile. As part of T-Studios, you'll collaborate across disciplines to bring brand stories to life with consistency and impact. This is a role for someone who checks their ego at the door, rolls up their sleeves, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead concepting and art direction for executive keynote presentations, ensuring brand excellence across high-profile internal and external events. * Partner with video creative directors to deliver art direction and design for motion, live-action, and mixed-media video storytelling. * Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts across formats-OOH, video, digital, retail, keynote, and live event screens. * Develop presentation visuals that combine strategic clarity, compelling narrative, and premium design craft. * Partner with writers, designers, editors, and producers to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned creative. * Guide and review work from junior designers and freelancers, offering clear direction and actionable feedback. * Present your work with clarity and confidence, both internally and to partners. * Collaborate with Studio Managers and Creative Directors to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Uphold the highest standards of visual execution and design craft across every output. * Stay current on visual trends, technology, and creative tools-including AI and automation-to inspire innovation within the team. What You'll Bring * 10-12 years of art direction and design experience at agencies, studios, or in-house teams. * A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual execution, and experience with presentation design for executive-level communications. * Experience in art direction for campaigns, branded content, motion, OOH, and print, with proven ability to extend that craft into keynote and live event formats. * Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced proficiency in presentation tools such as Keynote and PowerPoint. * Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. * A team-first mentality, comfort with feedback, and the instinct to iterate and improve. * Passion for branding, storytelling, and delivering design that drives real business impact. * Curiosity and excitement around AI, automation, and how they can unlock new creative possibilities. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
