Job Summary: The Member Engagement Analyst III is responsible for contributing to the overall support of Member Services programs by coordinating processes and procedures associated with benefits and retention. Essential Functions:
- Serve as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs
- Supports member and community advisory committee meetings, including in rural communities if applicable, and Consumer Council Meetings (external)
- Supports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies, leveraging data/intel to improve retention and support member growth
- Serve on internal teams to determine that drive engagement and retention while leveraging incentive/rewards and coordinating with vendors to implement work with various internal groups to share personas (behaviors/attitudes)
- Facilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives
- Facilitate/promote problem identification, analysis and resolution of issues associated with data collection and evaluation for retention and incentives
- Collaborate with business owners to share insights and drive market and product improvement plans; manage and report out to the business quarterly
- Ensure that contractual requirements are met associated with Member Rights, member communication and retention efforts
- Monitor all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of community programs with population health goals and compliance with contractual requirements
- If assigned to NV market, responsible for administration of the Cultural Competency Program and Plan to ensure care and services to members are delivered in a culturally competent manner
- Liaises and collaborates external partners and stakeholders, and internal business owners to manage communication and deliverables
- Evaluate and trend complaint data and recommend and implement solutions to strengthen the program and mitigate member disenrollment
- Analyze data and identify trends monthly to ensure company and state regulator expectations are met
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in a Business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- A minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid health insurance, healthcare and/or managed care experience is required
- Experience with and empathy for the low-income demographic is required
- Experience working cross-functionally and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives primarily through influencing other stakeholders is required

Licensure and Certification:
- To help protect our employees, members, and the communities we serve from acquiring communicable diseases, Influenza vaccination is a requirement of this position. CareSource requires annual proof of Influenza vaccination for designated positions during Influenza season (October 1 - March 31) as a condition of continued employment. Compensation Range: $61,500.00 - $98,400.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
