*Eligibility Criteria Apply Job Summary The Enterprise Risk Analyst is responsible for working with other Risk Management team members to support the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management program. This includes development, implementation and support of the Bank's Business Continuity Management and Third-Party Risk Management Programs. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Executes third party risk management monitoring and reporting processes that track third party risks
- Reviews new and existing contracts and documents the contract terms accurately in the database. Review includes analysis of contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities and recommendations for provisions and amendments.
- Assists in the creation and completion of Request for Price (RFP) proposals, as assigned.
- Works with internal stakeholders to manage the business continuity plan review, training and testing requirements.
- Supports the business/group with business continuity impact assessments.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrates business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement solutions that protect the bank's assets.
- Breaks down strategic problems and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Keeps abreast of industry standards and best practices.
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Assist with development and maintenance of the Bank's ERM framework and programs, including but not limited to insurance management, change management processes, model risk management, policy governance, monitoring and reporting.
- Support the completion of an enterprise-wide risk assessment including preparing and presenting reports to management. Work with business units to develop/enhance controls based on the risk assessment.
- Work with the Director of Risk and other members of the Risk Management team to evaluate risks related to the Bank's initiatives (i.e., strategic, new projects/business, etc.) and make recommendations for appropriate controls.
- Assist with managing regulatory agency examinations and implementing any recommended corrective actions.
Experience Needed:
- Three to five years' experience in audit and/or risk management. Financial institution experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk management processes, including vendor risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and ERM practices.
- Experience in contract review, with knowledge of BCP and TPRM best practices.
- Specialized knowledge in vendor management, bank operations, and/or risk assessments preferred.
Education, Licensure & Certification Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Professional certification preferred.
Skills & Abilities Needed:
- Ability to use and knowledge of Microsoft suite of office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to analyze information and use critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to use independent thinking and judgment to plan and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work with well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to consistently utilize sound judgement.
